Lingering hostility among rogue Republicans over a three-year-old ethics investigation surfaced this week in the lead-up to a Kansas GOP meeting in Goodland, where party members on Saturday are being asked to confront accusations of campaign finance violations involving legislators, party officers and political operatives.
