Kansas House honors filmmaker Kevin Wilmott

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The Kansas Home of Representatives took the time to honor one of many state’s personal earlier than wrapping up Monday.

The Home introduced filmmaker and Kansas native Kevin Wilmott with a certificates recognizing his contributions to the state of Kansas by his work within the movie trade.

Wilmott grew up in Junction Metropolis. He has since gone on to seek out success writing and directing movies, together with the Oscar-winning Black Klansman.
