Kansas dad faces 20 years behind bars in death of 4-month-old daughter

A Kansas man will serve greater than 20 years in jail for killing his 4-month-old daughter who was violently shaken and head slammed earlier than she died in 2018, a report mentioned.

Andrew Franklin, 36, was sentenced Monday to nearly 21 years in jail after he pleaded no contest in April to second-degree homicide and youngster abuse within the stomach-turning dying of toddler Brexley Grace Franklin, tv station KAKE reported.

The child woman died on Sept. 13, 2018 5 days after she was rushed to the hospital with a cranium fracture, retinal hemorrhages and bruises to her jaw, in addition to inner accidents.
