Kansas City woman injured Wednesday morning in crash off I-635
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) – A girl was critically injured Wednesday morning when the automobile she was driving left an interstate freeway and crashed in Wyandotte County, authorities stated.
The crash was reported at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 635, simply south of Parallel Parkway.
In accordance with the Kansas Freeway Patrol’s on-line crash log, a 2008 Chevrolet Impala was headed south on I-635 when it ran off the suitable — or west — facet of the street.
The Chevrolet then struck the right-side ditch and overturned, the patrol stated.
The driving force, recognized as Ebony S. Shelton, 44, of Kansas Metropolis, Kan., was transported to the College of Kansas Hospital for therapy of great accidents.
The patrol stated Shelton, who was alone within the automobile, wasn’t sporting her seat belt.
