Kansas City teen charged as adult in deadly September shooting
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A 17-year-old has been charged in a lethal taking pictures that occurred close to thirtieth Avenue and Montgall Avenue in September 2022.
Marlando Martin-Hoskins, licensed in Household Courtroom to face trial as an grownup, faces second-degree homicide, illegal use of a weapon and two armed felony motion fees.
Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker stated the sufferer, Maurice Brown, was strolling down the road when the deadly shot was fired.
