FBI seeks man who attempted to rob Kansas City bank

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Investigators with the Federal Bureau of Investigation are looking for the man who may have attempted to rob a Kansas City bank.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation says that around 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14, emergency crews were called to the Holy Rosary Credit Union at 533 Campbell St. with reports of an attempted robbery.

When investigators arrived, they said they found a suspect had presented the teller with a demand note. Ultimately, he fled without receiving any money.

The suspect has been described as a Hispanic male who stands at around 5-foot-8 and weighs about 200 lbs. He wore a black sweatshirt, black shorts and black shoes.
