West Iowa man killed in head-on crash with semi
ADAIR, Iowa (WOWT) – A 36-year-old man from Atlantic was killed Thursday morning in a crash with a semi-truck on a highway simply off Interstate 80.
In line with the Iowa State Patrol report, Adam Skog was driving a Chevy Cruze southbound on White Pole Street just a few miles southwest of Adair, positioned about midway between Omaha and Des Moines, when he crossed the middle line for an unknown motive and hit a Peterbilt truck head-on round 9:15 a.m.
He was reported lifeless on the scene. The report additionally signifies that he wasn’t carrying a seatbelt.
