CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The three candidates looking for the Democratic nomination in Iowa’s U.S. Senate race took half in a debate at Iowa Public Tv Thursday night.  

Candidates Abby Finkenauer (D – Cedar Rapids), Michael Franken (D – Sioux Metropolis), and Glenn Hurst (D – Minden) all answered questions that ranged from subjects resembling abortion rights and same-sex marriage legal guidelines to options on how one can scale back gun violence.
