Iowa governor taps former Trump advisor as chief of staff

DES MOINES, Iowa (WOWT) – Gov. Kim Reynolds has chosen a former Trump advisor to be her new chief of employees.

Iowa native Taryn Frideres served beneath former President Trump as deputy to the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

Frideres has served as chief working officer with Reynolds for the previous two years.
