The 6-foot, 210 pound linebacker out of Brother Rice was in attendance this weekend and is regarded as a four-star linebacker by Rivals. Rivals rates Christian Pierce as the No. 186 player nationally, the No. 7 linebacker, the No. 5 player from Illinois.
Iowa offered on Jan. 18. In addition to the offer from the Hawkeyes, Pierce holds offers from schools such as Arizona State, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio State, Purdue, Texas and Wisconsin.
