INDIANAPOLIS — As tornado-warned storms moved throughout central Indiana Friday evening and into Saturday morning, many counties confronted heavy rain, sturdy winds and potential tornadoes.

In Sullivan County, EMA Director Jim Pirtle merely described the harm to the county as “horrible”.
