State police host memorial service for fallen troopers

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indiana State Police District 52 honored the reminiscence of all fallen troopers on Thursday.

The annual remembrance was hosted on the Memorial Wall on East twenty first Road. The ceremony included bag pipes, the enjoying of faucets, and a 21-gun salute.

The names of all 45 fallen troopers who died within the line of responsibility have been recited. The newest identify on that checklist, Trooper James Bailey, died whereas making an attempt to buy a chase on I-69 in March.
