Smoke visible throughout Indy after trailer fire at trash service
INDIANAPOLIS — Smoke was seen Saturday afternoon in downtown Indy as firefighters put out a number of trailer fires on town’s close to west aspect.
Two semi-trailers caught fireplace at Rays Trash Companies, the Indianapolis Hearth Division mentioned. The enterprise is situated at 200 S. Harding, simply southwest of the Indianapolis Zoo.
IFD tweeted that crews made fast work of the fires by deploying handlines to shortly knock down flames whereas establishing a water provide. They then used grasp stream operations to completely extinguish the fires.

No accidents had been reported from the scene.
