Person shot in critical condition on Indy’s southwest side
INDIANAPOLIS — One person was hospitalized in critical condition after a shooting Saturday night on Indy’s southwest side.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 4700 block of Kentucky Avenue.
Officers located a victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. The victim was reported to be in critical condition.
No additional details about the shooting have been released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
