INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating after an individual was discovered useless — and probably shot — early Thursday on town’s east aspect.

Officers discovered the particular person unresponsive whereas they responded about 6:10 a.m. to the 7300 block of Taos Path for a welfare test, in line with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Division.
