INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Interstate 65 by the North Cut up interchange is anticipated to reopen this weekend after what looks like a lifetime of building.

The Indiana Division of Transportation introduced Thursday that every one I-65 northbound and southbound lanes are to be open by Monday, if climate permits.
