Motorcyclist dies in crash with 2 cars on Indianapolis south side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A motorcyclist died Monday evening in a crash with two cars in an area with homes, businesses and offices on the south side, Indianapolis police say.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded just before 6 p.m. Monday to the fatal crash at East Thompson Road and Camden Street. That’s southeast of the I-465 interchange for U.S. 31/South East Street.

No one involved in the crash has been publicly named. The drivers of the cars remained at the scene, IMPD says.

Investigators were working to determine the cause of the crash.
