More than 20 Indiana counties under travel advisories Monday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Rain, snow, and slick roads have prompted journey advisories in almost two dozen Indiana counties Monday morning.

The yellow “advisory” class is the bottom stage of journey advisory. It signifies that routine journey or actions could also be restricted in areas due to hazardous street circumstances. Drivers ought to use warning or keep away from these areas.

At 5:30 a.m., central Indiana counties within the yellow/advisory class included Clinton, Delaware, Hamilton, Putnam, and Tipton.

A Winter Climate Advisory is in place for a lot of central Indiana till 12 p.m., with some patchy drizzle attainable this morning together with snow flurries.
