Man arrested in connection to death of Indianapolis’ Jesus Mazariegos

One man was arrested Tuesday in reference to the theft and killing of a 70-year-old man on Indianapolis’ northwest facet in April, based on investigators.  

Joshua Dye, 30, was charged with theft and felony homicide in reference to the dying of Jesus Mazariegos.  

Initially from Guatemala, Mazariegos spent 20 years in Indianapolis. He was attempting to flee poverty and comply with his American dream, mentioned his son Jésus Alberto Chan.
