INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Tennis and Education Foundation is looking for people who want some winter fun indoors.

Jonathan Whitham is on the board of the foundation, which supports a summer community tennis program for youths. He appeared on Friday’s “Daybreak” to talk about the program’s goals.

The foundation has a Bingo Bash on Saturday evening to raise funds for the program. The event at the 502 East Event Centre in Carmel will include games, prizes, and a silent auction. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with the first game at 6:45 p.m. Tickets for $75 each include hors d’oeuvres, a drink ticket, and bingo boards. To buy tickets and learn more about the program, go to givebutter.com. The website says, “Every penny raised directly reduces class registration fees, helps provide scholarships, and helps us serve more families.”

This story was created in part from a script aired on WISH-TV.
