- Charlestown: The city has an Alice in Wonderland-themed “Trail and Treat” event from 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 27 at Greenway Park, 400 Market St. Brian Smith, a spokesperson for the city, said officials are “advising residents to trick or treat on Halloween Day between the hours of 6-9 p.m.”
