Male pedestrian killed by vehicle on Indiana Avenue

A pedestrian was killed Saturday evening on Indiana Avenue after being struck by a vehicle.
Although the victim’s identity has not yet been released, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace confirmed an adult male was struck and killed just after 6 p.m. in the 6000 block of Indiana Avenue in the Oak Park community, just east of the Vicksburg City limits.
Pace said, as of 10 p.m. Saturday, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Mississippi Highway Patrol Accident Reconstruction Team, continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
