RILEY, Ind. (WLS) — A younger man who witnessed a lethal crash involving Indiana State College college students ended up serving to rescue two survivors.

Lucas Bishop was driving by when he noticed the crash. One of many folks he helped rescue was Indiana State College soccer participant John Moore of Wheaton.
