Traffic backed up along NB I-69 near Illinois Road following crash
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A crash in the northbound lanes of I-69 has stalled traffic near Illinois Road Tuesday afternoon, police say.
Police say the crash happened north of the Illinois Road on-ramp to northbound I-69 around 12:15 p.m.
The entrance ramp from Illinois Road to northbound I-69 is closed at this time, FWPD dispatch confirms. All northbound lanes in the area are also closed as crews respond to the crash. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
