The Illinois State Fair Kicks Off Today – 1340 WJOL

The 2024 Illinois State Fair kicks off today in Springfield. Performers include Shaboozey, Lil Wayne, Keith Urban, Motley Crue, the Jonas Brothers, the Smashing Pumpkins and Miranda Lambert. Officials unveiled the treasured Butter Cow yesterday in the Dairy Building on the Fairgrounds. The fair runs through August 18th.
