Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man, believed to be in his 70s, they say exposed himself in a window last week.
Target Reopens Weeks After $1.5M Arson Fire

Meanwhile, an out-of-state man remained in jail in connection with the arson, with police saying he lit the fire near the diaper aisle, causing a loss of more than $1 million in merchandise. In May, he was also charged with crimes in connection with allegations he sent fake sexually explicit images of a state senator, the governor and other elected officials. The new charges allege he sent similar falsified graphic images to a state representative and a woman who ran for village clerk. The state rep believes he was targeted because of his opposition to a proposed casino and racetrack.

A court confirmed the justification of the termination of a police sergeant involved in a botched 2019 raid that left a social worker handcuffed and naked in her home. He is now an officer with a suburban police department.
Trio Accused Of Kidnapping, Robbing, Beating Man After Setting Up Fake Car Test Drive
According to police, the man came to a gas station under the impression one of the suspects wanted to test drive his Infinity Q45 and possibly buy it. Officials allege the three men stole his computer and phone, along with a briefcase that held 40 car titles, and when the victim tried to get them back, they drove away with him inside the vehicle, beating and threatening to kill him before forcing him to have his family send him money via Zelle. After police pulled the vehicle over, the victim was found “bite marks on his arms and stomach and numerous swelled contusions to his head and body.”
