Lockport Township High School teacher receives award for being best driver’s ed instructor in Illinois

The Illinois “Trainer of the 12 months Award for Driver Schooling” has been introduced, and the glory is bestowed upon Donald McKillip of Lockport Township Excessive College.

McKillip was chosen from a choose group of gifted driver schooling lecturers throughout the state.

Officers say McKillip obtained the award due to his management and skills in educating teenagers to drive and motivating them to be protected on the street.

McKillip has been a member of the Illinois Excessive College and School Driver Schooling Affiliation for 10 years. The group was established in 1952.

McKillip accomplished his M.S. diploma in Bodily Schooling in 2008 and his endorsement in Driver Schooling in 2006 — each at Chicago State College. He plans to develop into the president of the Illinois Excessive College and School Driver Schooling Affiliation in Could 2023.
