Illinois State Police identify man killed in officer-involved shooting in Stark County

STARK Co., Unwell. (KWQC) – Illinois State Police establish the Toulon man killed within the officer-involved capturing in Stark County Saturday.

In line with state police, the Henry County Particular Operations Squad served a search and arrest warrant at 6:30 a.m. Saturday at a house within the 500 block of North Olive Road in Toulon.
