IIT shooting: Patrols stepped up after 2 teens shot on Illinois Institute of Technology campus

CHICAGO (WLS) — Further police are patrolling the Illinois Institute of Know-how campus after two teenagers had been shot close to the varsity in Bronzeville Thursday.

Two youngsters, 16 and 17, had been shot strolling down the road round 4 p.m. close to thirtieth Road and Wabash Avenue, close to IIT’s Keating Sports activities Middle.

A 16-year-old boy has a graze wound within the arm, and a 17-year-old boy was shot on the left aspect of his physique and is in vital situation.
