Huskers to face Illinois in televised afternoon game later this month
LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) – Following a string of night video games, Nebraska’s subsequent soccer recreation — a house recreation set for the top of the month in opposition to Illinois — will probably be on a Saturday afternoon.
The Large Ten Convention introduced Monday morning that the Huskers will kick off in opposition to the Combating Illini from Champaign-Urbana at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 29.
“The sport will probably be televised on both ABC or ESPN with the community decided following this Saturday’s video games,” a Huskers spokesperson stated in a launch Monday.
The final three Husker soccer video games have been night video games. Two have kicked off within the late morning.
