Dinosaurs roaming in Central Illinois
PEORIA (25News Now) – If you want to learn more about the Jurassic time period, you will have a chance to do so now through next week.
Jurassic Empire is an educational experience all about dinosaurs, and you can do it all while inside your car at the Northwoods Mall in Peoria.
More than 50 life-like dinosaurs are staged in the parking lot, and they all have a story.
Customers can listen to the audio tour that tells you all about the history of each dinosaur.
“I love dinosaurs,” said Operations Manager ‘Jurassic Joey’. “You know, here’s all the hype nowadays about superheroes and monsters, but dinosaurs did exist. They did once form from the earth, so it’s a very educational experience.”
The manager says the drive-thru experience is for anyone interested.
The Jurassic Empire has traveled all over the United States, and it will be here until July 16.
