President Joe Biden held a high-stakes news conference Thursday night that centered around his fitness for another four years in office. As Charlie De Mar reports, U.S. Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Illinois) has now called on Mr. Biden to withdraw from the race, and says the news conference did not change minds.
