Here’s how to win $1,000 for your school at the Detroit High School Sports Awards
Does your school have the most school spirit in Detroit?
The Detroit High School Sports Awards, sponsored by Detroit Area Honda Dealers, will be awarding one school $1,000 to its athletic department. Each school from the counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Livingston are eligible.
The show is produced in partnership with the U.S. Army.
Simply show your school spirit by voting for your school up to once per day. Voting is currently going on and will continue until April 1 at 11 a.m. eastern. Click here to vote for your school to win the $1,000 prize. Last year, Detroit Loyola took home the $1,000 prize.
The winner will be announced at the show, which will be held June 18 at The Fillmore Detroit.
The Detroit High School Sports Awards is a part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards, the largest high school athletic recognition program in the country with 22 regional award shows and one national awards show. Click here to find out more about the program.
