Early voting registration is open for Detroit residents

DETROIT, MI (WXYZ) — Early voting registration is open for the residents of Detroit!

Starting October 17, Detroiters can go into the Metropolis Clerk’s Workplace or one other municipal workplace and signal as much as vote early.

The workplace, situated on Woodward Avenue is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each Monday by Friday.

To vote within the midterm election, residents should be registered to vote at their present residence tackle.

Registration is open from Monday Oct. 17 by 8 p.m. on Election Day, November 8, 2022. 

A photograph ID is just not wanted to register.

Beginning October 25, residents hoping to register early should additionally usher in proof of residency.
