Detroit police work to identify suspects after man carjacked while pumping gas

DETROIT – Police in Detroit need assist figuring out suspects after a person was carjacked whereas pumping gasoline.

The carjacking occurred at 3 a.m. on Monday (Jan. 16) within the 1500 block of East Outer Drive in Detroit.

Police mentioned a 24-year-old man was pumping gasoline when three teenagers approached him on foot.

One of many teenagers pointed a weapon at him and demanded he hand over his automobile keys and cash. Then all three suspects entered the sufferer’s silver Hyundai Accent and fled the scene.
