Detroit man charged in fatal shooting of Hutch’s Jewelry owner, police say

OAK PARK, Mich. – Police say a Detroit man is charged within the deadly capturing of Hutch’s Jewellery Proprietor Dan Hutchinson.

Roy Donta Larry, 44, was arraigned Friday (June 3) on the forty fifth District Courtroom for first-degree homicide and felony firearm.

Larry was denied bond.

The capturing occurred Wednesday afternoon whereas Hutchinson was sitting in his SUV outdoors the shop within the 21000 block of Greenfield Street in Oak Park, officers say.

Police say Hutchinson had been shot a number of instances. Officers say they carried out CPR and rushed him to the hospital, the place he later died from his accidents.
