Carlos Santana collapses on stage during show in Detroit

Guitar legend Carlos Santana is recovering after he collapsed on stage throughout a live performance close to Detroit on Tuesday night time.

The 74-year-old musician was acting at Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, Michigan, when he collapsed.

Images and video posted to social media confirmed medics treating Santana on stage. He appeared to wave to the viewers as he was wheeled away, which elicited cheers from those that remained on the venue.

Santana’s supervisor Michael Vrionis advised CBS Information in a press release that Santana had suffered “warmth exhaustion and dehydration.”

He was taken to a close-by hospital for commentary, the place he was “doing effectively,” the assertion learn.

Santana’s Wednesday night present in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, has been postponed, Vrionis stated.

Santana is at the moment on his Miraculous Supernatural tour.
