2 killed in early morning crash involving 6 vehicles on EB I-94 in Detroit

DETROIT – Six automobiles have been concerned in a crash on eastbound I-94 and Mount Elliott Road in Detroit on Saturday morning that left two folks lifeless.

In keeping with Michigan State Police, the motive force of a Ford Fusion misplaced management of the car, crashed into the middle median barrier and was rear-ended by a Kia at round 2:25 a.m. on Saturday.

Police stated the motive force of the Jeep confirmed “indicators of impairment” and was arrested. The motive force of the Kia was transported to a hospital for medical remedy.

The occupants of the Fusion, a person and a lady, have been pronounced lifeless on the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
