Woman killed in I-480 crash identified
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Fire and EMS confirmed one person was killed in a multiple car crash on I-480 Sunday morning.
According to Cleveland Fire, a woman was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on I-480 near West 130th Street exit.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner later identified the woman as 22-year-old Michelle M. Jackson.
Cleveland EMS said that six other injured individuals refused hospital transport.
Ohio Department of Transportation reported the closure of all westbound lanes on I-480 passed Tiedeman Road due to a crash earlier Sunday morning.
The highway is now open, according to ODOT
