U.S. Marshals offer reward for woman wanted for firing shots into car, could be hiding in Cleveland area
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for a woman accused of firing several shots into a car because she was having an argument with the driver.
This happened on Dec. 4, 2023 in Youngstown.
Youngstown police also said Phil-Lysha Cummings tried to prevent the driver from leaving by blocking in his vehicle before opening fire.
According to the U.S. Marshals, Cummings, 20, is believed to be in the Youngstown or Cleveland area.
