Time is running out to nominate the best donuts in Greater Cleveland

CLEVELAND, Oh– There’s an old saying that goes, “You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy donuts. And that’s kind of the same thing.”

Is there anything better than a perfect donut? Here at Cleveland.com, the “Best of Cleveland” team has picked those freshly baked, delightful wheels of joy as our next subject. And from the looks of our inboxes, your love of them is second only to your love of wings.

Who makes them the best? What makes them so special? We need to know who in Northeast Ohio makes donuts that are so good you want to skip dinner for them. Or brew a fresh pot of coffee for them? Or even made a “Fourthmeal” out of?

They’re not just for breakfast anymore. When do you get your fix and where? Where is the favorite bakery, diner, store or restaurant perfecting these melt-in-your-mouth delicacies?

Keep those om-nom-nominations coming! Send them to best@cleveland.com no later than 5 p.m. TODAY (Monday, Nov. 6). Please keep nominations to local establishments (that means stay away from the chains) and no need to re-nominate if you’ve already reached out.
