Suspect smashes window to steal car on Cleveland’s West Side, police say
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A automobile theft suspect caught on surveillance video is on the unfastened, Cleveland Police confirmed, and detectives want the neighborhood’s assist figuring out them.
