CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A brand new St. Patrick’s Day bar is ready to open up quickly in The Flats in Cleveland.

The pop-up bar, situated close to Margaritaville, will likely be opening on Jan. 27.

The most recent pop-up bar will likely be changing the XMAS bar, which was opened for the vacation season.
