CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A serial Downtown Cleveland bike theft suspect is on the free, police confirmed, and detectives need assistance figuring out him.

Cleveland Police mentioned the primary breaking and getting into and theft occurred on Aug. 1 when he walked to the parking facility at 515 Euclid Ave.

The suspect went to a motorcycle storage facility reserved for residents of The Beacon and stole a bicycle, in response to police.

Police mentioned the suspect took off on the stolen bicycle and returned a number of instances over the following week to steal two extra bicycles.
