Ohio town among Top 15 cities to get married in
Wedding season is seemingly never-ending, and sometimes attending a wedding requires extensive travel.
Fortunately for those in Ohio, one of the best places to get married in the United States is located right here in the Buckeye State, one report says.
Cincinnati, Ohio, is the 12th best U.S. city to get married in, according to a new report from WalletHub. The report, “Best Places to Get Married 2024″ compared 182 U.S. cities across three categories: Costs, including average wedding costs, hotel costs, restaurant-meal costs and more; Facilities and services, including wedding chapels, churches, bridal shops, flower shops, event planners, catering companies per capita, and more; and activities and attractions, including weather, amusement and entertainment, popularity as a travel destination, and more.
By category, Cincinnati ranks 27th in facilities and services, 34th in activities and attractions, and 48th in costs, according to WalletHub. The southwest Ohio city, at No. 12 on WalletHub’s list, earned a total score of 62.30, just behind 11th-ranked Fort Lauderdale, Florida (62.77) and just ahead of No. 13 St. Louis (62.28).

Beyond Cincinnati at No. 12, the next best-ranking Ohio city was Columbus at No. 64, followed by Toledo at No. 71, Cleveland at No. 83, and Akron at No. 84.
