There are a lot of factors that go into making a city an ideal place to live.

Affordable housing, climate, public safety, walkability, and amenities such as parks and restaurants are all part of the equation, to name a few.

Nonetheless, it can still be challenging to determine where to plant your roots. If you’re seeking a location known for happiness, though, one Ohio city in particular stands out.

Cincinnati, Ohio, is one of the 15 Happiest Places to Live in the U.S., according to Outside magazine. The publication highlights a few of the Queen City’s attributes, including its geographic position along the Ohio River, temperate climate, vibrant LGBTQ+ community, and abundance of breweries, all of which contribute to the city’s “amicable vibe.”
