Work will be performed in Cleveland and is expected to be completed by August 2032, the Defense Department said. The department noted that OAI contract “was a competitive acquisition” and that “three offers were received.”
The Air Force Research Laboratory at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, near Dayton, is the contracting authority.
