Oh fudge! Bay Village Malley’s store to relocate after dispute with property owners
BAY VILLAGE, Ohio (WOIO) – Malley’s announced Thursday night that the Bay Village storefront is relocating in 2024.
The letter from the business came after residents noticed a “for lease” sign in front of the building on the 500 block of Dover Center Road.
“We, unfortunately, have not been able to reach satisfactory terms on renewing the lease with the property owners,” Mike Malley, owner of Malley’s Chocolates, wrote in a letter posted to Facebook.
The business says its commitment to Bay Village remains steadfast and that options are being explored for a nearby storefront.
The store will remain open through April 2024.
