NWS Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning For Northeast Ohio On Mon.

CLEVELAND, OH —The Nationwide Climate Service (NWS) in Cleveland on Monday afternoon issued a Extreme Thunderstorm Warning for 4 Northeast Ohio counties till 3:45 p.m.

The warning was issued at 2:58 p.m. for Northwestern Trumbull County, Geauga County, Northeastern Cuyahoga County and Lake County, in response to the NWS.

The NWS mentioned that at 2:58 p.m. a extreme thunderstorm was positioned close to Highland Hills, which is 12 miles east of Cleveland. The storm was transferring northeast at 55 mph.
