The Titans’ effort against the Los Angeles Chargers last Sunday, compared to their performance against the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, was night and day. After not scoring a touchdown in the Big Easy, Tennessee took the Chargers to overtime, where a defensive stop, and Nick Folk’s seventh field goal of the season, pushed the Titans to a 27-24 win. The Titans’ offensive weapons, quarterback Ryan Tannehill and running back Derrick Henry, each had bounce-back performances. Tannehill threw for 246 yards and a touchdown, while Henry ran for a score in the win. For a team whose offense squandered late last year, it was a welcoming sight to see Tennessee’s attack pick up steam.

Cleveland is recovering from a rough battle with AFC North rival, the Pittsburgh Steelers. After holding the Cincinnati Bengals to just three points in their season opener, the Browns made multiple mistakes against Kenny Pickett and company, including a pick-six thrown by Deshaun Watson to start the game, before a TJ Watt scoop-and-score sent Pittsburgh to a 26-22 win. Cleveland held the Steelers to just 255 yards of total offense, forcing a pair of turnovers. However, three lost fumbles are the reason Cleveland comes into Sunday .500.

This will be the first meeting in three seasons between the Browns and Titans, with Cleveland leading the series, 36-32.
